Can Office 365 Help Overcome Information Overload? The Key is the Microsoft Graph
Office 365 brings exciting new capabilities to enterprise workers. But with so many emails and documents (and now Teams conversations), workers struggle to focus on important topics like customers, products, services, and projects. Instead, they continue to toggle between Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, searching for information.

In this session you will hear how new managed access to Microsoft Graph data can be harnessed to enable focused success. The session includes a live demo of how the Graph can be leveraged to fight distractions at work by letting workers focus on important topics.

Document Collaboration and Records Management using SharePoint, GCdocs and Nintex Workflows and Form
This session introduces the concept of integrating GCDocs (OpenText Content Server 16) with SharePoint 2016 on-premises and SharePoint Online through OpenText AGA. A quick demo will walk you through the process required to send a document from SharePoint and submit it as a record to GCDocs. The quick demo is structured to present a clear picture of the user experience when collaborating on documents in SharePoint while storing and retrieving records from GCDocs through SharePoint search. Since metadata in SharePoint is the key component to precise records routing in GCDocs, we will demonstrate how we use Nintex Workflows and Forms to improve the quality of the metadata while automating the submission of SharePoint documents to GCDocs.

Records Management in Office 365 and SharePoint Online
To have a sound records management system, you need to first create a great information architecture. Microsoft has introduced numerous features in Office 365 and SharePoint Online to help meet organizations’ content security and data compliance needs so they can meet legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements. In this session we’ll discuss how to design and create a great information architecture that leads to managing records “in place”. We’ll also look at ways to adopt a federated approach to records. management – managing records in-place in file shares, OneDrive, etc.

Using Process to Drive SharePoint to GC Docs Workflow
In this session, Nintex and Orangutech will jointly present an overview how you can use Nintex Workflows and Nintex Forms to manage the metadata and automate the processes needed to handle record creation in GCDocs (OpenText Content Server). We will cover the high-level architecture of the solution for integrating SharePoint and GCDocs and delve deeper into how components of the Nintex suite of tools are deployed as part of this solution. We will also review the importance of defining and mapping document approval processes as it relates to records and provide a demo of how Nintex Promapp can be used to document and map these processes.
